By accessing or using the Kolektibles website, application, marketplace, auctions, events, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use Kolektibles on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Product availability, auction schedules, starting prices, bid increments, fees, payment options, and fulfilment details may vary and will be shown before you commit to a transaction.

A confirmed purchase or winning bid may create a binding obligation to pay. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and to comply with the rules displayed for each sale or auction.

When you submit product information, images, reviews, messages, or other content, you retain ownership of your content and grant Kolektibles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and adapt it as needed to operate and promote the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another party's rights.

You may not use Kolektibles to break the law; commit fraud; manipulate auctions; sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods; infringe intellectual property rights; impersonate another person; interfere with the platform; scrape or access the services through unauthorised automated means; or harm other users.

The Kolektibles name, logos, interface, software, and platform content are owned by PT Komunitas Pemain Kolektor or its licensors. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

Kolektibles is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep information and services accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing, valuation, or third-party service will always be accurate or error-free.

Collection values and market information are informational only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT Komunitas Pemain Kolektor and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, investigate suspected misconduct, or maintain the security and integrity of the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Kolektibles after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
