Kolektibles is an Indonesian collector platform combining an online store, live auctions, collection value tracking, tournaments, consignment, and community experiences.

Yes. An account is required so we can process payment, store your items securely under My Assets, and provide order support. A shipping address is only needed later, when you request delivery of your items.

The currently available payment methods are shown on the secure payment page after you place an order. Availability can vary by transaction and payment provider.

Open Profile and select My Orders. Each order shows its invoice, payment status, purchased items, and costs. Once paid, the items appear under My Assets in your profile, stored in the Kolektibles warehouse until you request delivery.

Sign in, open Auctions, select an active auction, and follow the bidding instructions. Review the item, current bid, minimum increment, end time, and any buy-it-now option before confirming.

A confirmed winning bid cannot normally be cancelled only because you changed your mind. Contact us immediately if there is a listing error or another material issue. Consumer remedies for wrong, damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods remain available.

Review the listing title, photos, condition, description, and product details before buying or bidding. Collectibles can have manufacturing or age-related variation. Any material known issue should be disclosed in the listing.

Open the Consignment page and submit your contact, item, condition, pricing, and payout details. Submission does not guarantee acceptance; the Kolektibles team will review the item and contact you about the next steps.

Purchases do not include shipping. Paid items are stored in the Kolektibles warehouse under My Assets. When you are ready, open My Assets, select the items you want (multiple items from the same warehouse can be combined into one parcel), choose a courier, and pay the delivery fee to create a shipping request.

When you create a shipping request, available courier services are calculated using your delivery address and the package details. The displayed cost and delivery range come from the courier and may change with service coverage or operational conditions.

When the parcel has been prepared and tracking is available, the courier, tracking number, and tracking link appear on your shipping request in the My Shipping tab under Profile.

An unpaid order can be cancelled from its order details while the option is available. A shipping request can no longer be cancelled once its delivery fee has been paid. For anything else, contact us immediately and we will see what is possible.

Contact support@kolektibles.com as soon as possible and within two business days after receipt. Include your invoice, an explanation, and available photos or unboxing video. Keep all packaging and do not return the item until you receive instructions.

After a claim is approved and any required return is verified, Kolektibles initiates the refund. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank, e-wallet, card network, or payment provider.
